Nurse Practitioner
Ali is a nurse practitioner who graduated from The University of Texas. Ali strives to enhance her patient's confidence through natural cosmetic results. She is dedicated to continuing her education and sharing her knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skin care with her patients. Her focus is on creating a safe and welcoming environment for her patients and developing treatment plans tailored to each individual's specific needs. Patients value her gentle touch and compassionate demeanor.
When Ali isn’t seeing patients, she loves walking her dog at the beach, trying a new restaurant, or going to a pilates class.
Crystina is a Registered Nurse with over 17 years of experience in the medical field, including more than 7 years in the cosmetic surgery industry. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care, building meaningful connections with her patients, and guiding patients through every stage of their surgical journey, from pre-operative preparation to recovery. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to patient satisfaction, Crystina strives to ensure each patient feels informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their experience.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, fishing, and paddle boarding with her family.
Clinical Director
With a bachelor's degree in psychology from UCSC and nearly two decades of experience in plastic surgery and aesthetics, Amber brings both expertise and compassion to her role. A true multi-tasker, she wears many hats within the practice—from surgical technician and photographer to patient advocate and trusted source of support throughout the surgical journey.
Outside the office, Amber enjoys taking barre and pilates classes, exploring Baja, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Patient Care Coordinator
Riley has worked alongside Dr. Malone for over six years as a Patient Care Coordinator. She is passionate about creating a thoughtful, elevated experience for every patient and helping guide them through each step of the surgical journey. Known for her exceptional communication, attention to detail, and compassionate bedside manner, Riley helps patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout the entire process.
Outside of work, Riley enjoys spending time with her husband and twin daughters, cooking, staying active, and yardwork.
Administration
Natalie has been a valued member of the Malone Facial Plastic Surgery family for over five years, growing into her current role as Patient Concierge. She serves as a dedicated point of contact for patients, coordinating scheduling, managing logistics, and ensuring every touchpoint feels seamless. Natalie takes pride in preparing patients for what comes next and bringing a bright energy to every interaction. Her goal is to make each patient feel like a priority from the very first inquiry to the final follow-up.
When she's not at the office, you can find Natalie cheering on the Padres, hunting down the best coffee shops San Diego has to offer, or adding pages to her latest scrapbook.
