Facelift & Neck Lift

This patient is in her 70s and underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift. She wanted facial rejuvenation to address the jowls and marionette lines that had developed, as well as the laxity in her neck and the flattening of her cheeks. With these tissues lifted, she regained volume in the apple of her cheek and had the heart shaped facial structure of her youth restored.
