We are so happy to see our Deep Plane Facelift + Platysmaplasty patient back with these gorgeous results! She had previously undergone a fat transfer by another surgeon and did not like how over the years the fat had started to sag and create too much pouchy fullness in the lower face. Her Deep Plane Facelift + Platysmaplasty was able to vertically reposition her face and neck tissues to bring back the heart shaped face of youth.
