We are so happy for our lovely 58 year old patient! She had a prior SMAS facelift by a different doctor but she felt that it didn't create meaningfully youthful and lasting results. We performed a Deep Plane Facelift with Platysmaplasty to lift her cheeks, smooth the jawline and tone the neck. We think she looks rested and youthful and not at all like she has had plastic surgery, which is always our goal.
