We are thrilled to see the naturally refreshing results for our Deep Plane Facelift patient! This young woman in her 40s wanted to get a natural “refresh” to stave off the early laxity and drooping that she felt made her look older than her age. She was treated with a Deep Plane Facelift and Platysmaplasty to lift her cheeks, tighten her jawline and smooth and tone her neck. We also have been in awe of the results of buccal fat pad contouring procedure to create a more tailored and feminine lower facial shape.
